Our guarantee is simple: we stand behind every product we sell. If your merchandise is defective or if Just Becuzz, Inc. has personalized it incorrectly, you may return it for a refund or replacement. All items must be returned in new and unused condition.

Please understand that web orders are printed as entered by the customer. Proofreading orders before submitting them is the responsibility of the customer placing the order.

Follow these steps to make a return:
1. All returns must be made within 60 days.
2. Email us for a return authorization number before you return your item at customerservice@justbecuzzinc.com.
3. Along with your request for a return authorization number reference your original order #, why you are returning your item and if you would like a replacement.
4. We will reply within 48 hours with your return authorization number and instructions on how and where to return your item.
